Family Outcomes Surverys

Our Family Service Manager works with families to support them in a family partnership process that identifies needs, interests, strengths, goals and services and resources that support family well-being, including family safety, health and economic stability. This is completed three times per year.

Together, through the family partnership process, we will discover strengths and opportunities for support in the areas of family well-being, parent-child relationships, families as lifelong educators, families as learners, engagement in transitions, connections to peers and the community, and leadership and advocacy for families.  This person works closely with the families and their individual goals.

Totes of Hope:

Bi-weekly non-perishable food boxes for families. These boxes are delivered to the school and can be picked up or delivered to families.
